Our website wants to serve a vision.
The event in honor of Pope Manolis Kalomenopoulos and all the fighters of the family and the Revolution of 1821 that will take place on April 30, 2022 in Rethymno and Neus Amari.
In this regard, we would like to warmly ask our relatives who know this website to disclose its e-mail address (kalomenopoulos.net) to the known descendants of Papa Manolis and the wider Kalomenopoulos family so that they can be informed about the event.
However, we want our website to be a platform for continuous information, communication and dialogue and a place for publishing historical texts and data as well as stories, stories, testimonies, traditions and information about the Kalomenopoulos, their life and actions in the Revolution of '21 and the other struggles for freedom, and of course a space for expressing opinions and proposals.
Finally, we would like to warmly thank our cousin Zachos Terzakis who very willingly undertook the set up and care of the website.
